1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

• Check-Out Time: 8:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out depend on room availability.
• Valid ID proof is mandatory at the time of check-in (Aadhaar/Driving License/Passport).

2. Booking & Payment

• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Taxes (GST) are applicable as per Government rules.
• Rates may vary during weekends, festivals, and peak seasons.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation made within 48 hours of check-in may lead to retention charges.
• No refund for last-minute cancellations, no-show, or early check-out.

4. Guest Rules & Conduct

• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
• Guests are responsible for their belongings; the hotel is not liable for loss/theft.
• Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 10:00 PM.
• Any property damage will be charged to the guest.

5. Safety & Security

• Please follow all fire safety instructions and emergency rules.
• Do not disturb other guests with loud music or noise.
• Hotel may deny entry to intoxicated or misbehaving guests.

6. Food & Room Service

• Outside food may be restricted depending on hotel policy.
• Room service is available during designated hours.

7. Parking

• Parking is available for guests but at their own risk.
